And it's been going on for a while. Last night, while laying in bed, I decided to take some action.
I've been doing Weight Watchers for a while now, and while it works to an extent.... I've been yo-yoing for a few months.
So I'm going to make this work for me!
1.) I'm going to track better. I KNOW that by using the online tracker:
And the tracking app on my phone:
I will cheat less. Looking up the food, or scanning it in will keep me from cheating and undervaluing food.
Next?
2.) Weigh and Measure
I just wish I had bought these when I had the chance.
